Johnston & Murphy, a premium footwear and apparel brand, aimed to create an engaging holiday campaign that included eye-catching window displays for their retail stores and an email marketing campaign to boost digital engagement. We developed an in-store experience that seamlessly translated into their digital outreach, enhancing customer engagement throughout the holiday shopping season, both in-store and online.

Captivating Shoppers with Retail Displays

During the holiday season, retail windows become the perfect canvas for capturing the festive spirit and drawing customers in. Using seasonal campaign photography, we lean into rich colors, layered signage, and holiday messaging to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Custom elements elevate the display, allowing the product to take center stage. Inspired by the timeless appeal of vintage postage stamps, we design custom stamp marks that complement the campaign’s messaging, adding texture, depth, and nostalgic charm to the displays. Custom window clings and oversized gift tags add interest and invite shoppers inside.

Once inside the store, the experience continues with in-store signage that guides customers through promotions, product stories, and featured gifts. Point-of-purchase displays enhance the shopping journey, showcasing key products and highlighting special offers. The signage is functional and festive, with clear and compelling messaging, making it easy for customers to navigate and discover the perfect gift.

Extending the Experience Through Digital Marketing

We developed an email marketing campaign to complement the physical retail space. Each email feels like an extension of the in-store journey, reinforcing key product stories and promotions while maintaining visual and messaging consistency. The result?
